Welcome to Tidewater.
Tidewater is a traditional Pawleys Island beachfront home located on the northern end of the island. This 5 bedroom house has a spacious open floor plan, including a large kitchen. There are large porches on either side of the house. You can enjoy ocean views and the sound of crashing waves from the beachside porch. The creek is just a few steps away, offering easy access for kayaking, paddle boarding, or tubing. Tidewater is a great getaway house for every season and everyone, from the beach bum to the avid golfer. Tidewater is also dog friendly to well behaved dogs.
There are 5 Bedrooms. Main Floor has 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles. Ground level with outside steps has a Queen. There is an AC unit only, no heat.
Occupancy is 12.
There are 3 Full Baths and an Outside Enclosed Shower
2 Dogs Allowed with a nonrefundable dog fee.

Great Place to Spend Two Weeks
This was our first stay in Tidewater and we have already reserved it for next year. We like the "feel" of an older beach house - especially one that is well maintained. The house is very attractive with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry right there. The screened porches are very nice and well cared for. We really like the north end location. The house is breach-front, but there is a long boardwalk to get to the beach and you go over a dune at the end. Of course, that long walk is why the house is able to survive storms. Tidewater
