Welcome to Sea Perch. Sea Perch is a Pawleys Island treasure owned by a family with deep Pawleys Island history and a love of community and the natural world. The property is made for a vacation of fun, featuring tennis and basketball courts, a playground area, and the Lazy Bar cabana with speakers. Best of all, it is located right on the ocean with a private like beach. Kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, balls, tennis rackets and plenty of puzzles and games are provided. The newly renovated huge kitchen has beautiful, recycled oyster shell and sea glass countertops and is furnished with everything you need to cook delicious meals.

All bedrooms upstairs face the ocean, and the master bedroom opens up to a breezy, comfortable screened porch facing the Atlantic. A few steps from the main house is a fabulous suite with a king-sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and two ocean view decks. Underneath the suite is a bunkroom with a double bed and a twin bed, while the second bedroom will have a queen bed. This area has its own separate bath and entrance. Children, grandchildren, young and old, will love this house with ocean sounds at night and sunrises in the morning. This home is perfect for both active, adventurous vacationers and those who enjoy peaceful, relaxing vacations. Sea Perch is dog friendly, so bring your furry four-legged friend to enjoy the fun that the home offers. Let Sea Perch become your family tradition.

There are 6 bedrooms. Main Floor has a Bunk Bed. Upstairs has a Queen, Queen and a Queen. The Guest House with outside entry has a Captains Bunk and a Queen on the ground level and upstairs with exterior steps has a king. There are 6 full bathrooms. Dog Friendly with non-refundable dog fee. 2 dogs maximum. No Smoking or Vaping.

Absolutely perfect!

This house is simply wonderful! The view is sensational! Our family had plenty of room and the set up is outstanding. The cabana bar was the favorite spot at night! We have already put the deposit down to stay again! Bravo!

Great Property!

I have been bringing my family to Pawleys Island for over 30 years since moving from this area to Florida. We have stayed in over 20 different vacation homes from the North to the South end. I can tell you without a doubt that the Sea Perch is by far the most family friendly home on the Island. Located on a high dune with plenty of beachfront the property offers a full playground for kids and adults right on the oceanfront. Whether you just want to relax in a hammock at the Tiki Bar or play basketball, hockey, or tennis (oh yes, the beach is also pretty nice) there is always something to do. Please put this home on your Pawleys Island Bucket List.

A slice of Heaven!

Sea Perch is the perfect place for a getaway! Each room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. A screen porch upstairs provides the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean- even if the weather is cold. The Lazy Cabana is my favorite part of Sea Perch. I love swinging in one of the hammock swings while looking out over the ocean. Sea Perch is the epitome of coastal charm. I cannot wait to return year after year.
