I spy... SEAGLASS. Welcome to Sea Glass. This 6-bedroom creekfront home has astonishing views on the northern tip of Pawleys Island. As soon as you step onto the front porch, you will feel transported to a simpler time where the only thing you had to worry about catching was the tide. Open the front door into a big open floor plan with plenty of seating space, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an adjacent dining area. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The wet bar is a great place to mix a cocktail and enjoy on the creek side screened porch, accessible via the dining area or the kitchen. The creekfront porch has plenty of seating for the whole family, a bed swing and a TV.
There are 6-bedrooms. The Main Floor has a King and 2 Twin Bunks. The Second Floor has a King, King, Queen. The Third Floor has a Queen. There are 3 Full bathrooms.
Dog Friendly with a nonrefundable Fee. Crow's Nest is not available.
The outside of the home is just as charming with a large yard and a shared walkway to a private creek dock. There is plentiful parking under the house as well as two enclosed outdoor showers. Good times will not be hard to spot when you and your family make Sea Glass your vacation destination.

The Best Family Friendly Home

Perfect Beach House
We started staying at the Sea Glass 4 years ago and think this is the Best Beach House we have ever stayed at and we have been coming to Pawley's since the 1980's. This house is located at the North end of Pawley's and has the best views of any house there. The property has a beautiful view of the ocean, sea oats, sand dunes, the creek and the inlet. It does not matter what window you look out of you have a view of the water. Because it is on the creek there is also a creek dock with the house. The location allows you to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the water , the house is open and has 6 bedrooms so can accommodate a large family, it has bunk beds for families with children, beautiful front porch and wonderful screened in back porch over looking the creek. It also has a beautiful yard with many beautiful trees and plants. The crowning touch is it is dog friendly and even has a newly opened Crow's Nest. We think it is the Perfect Beach House at the Perfect Beach! It has also been a pleasure working with Pawley's Island Realty, who have been very cooperative to any needs that may have come up during our stay there.- Kay H from Concord, NC, Posted: 11/04/2024
Really love the property.
We would recommend Sea Glass for it's location and screened in porch. The stairs ont he dock were perfect for my dog as he loves the water.

The easiest way to get to the beach would be to walk down the sandy path to the left. It will lead you to the very tip of the beach and you will be able to walk straight onto the beach.
