Welcome to Sandy Flat. This cute off ocean home with a large open deck perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset over the marsh. With a cozy loft, your family will be very comfortable during your stay, and you can even bring your pet. Enjoy fun in the sun or quiet time in this comfy, cozy home. After a day of beach fun, rinse off in the hot and cold outside shower. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk from the house.
There are 3 Bedrooms. The main floor has a Queen bed. Upstairs has a Queen bed, Double bed with Twin bed and a loft with 3 Twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms.
Dog friendly with a nonrefundable dog fee.
