Inside, relax in the open floor plan layout, with options to dine in the in home dining area or enjoy your meal on the outside porch.
There are 4 Bedrooms. King, King, King, 2 Bunk Beds. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa. There are 2 full bathrooms.
Allows 2 dogs under 35 lbs. with a nonrefundable dog fee.

Family traditions for 5-6 years now...
We would recommend Sandspur for the view of the saltwater marsh which is absolutely gorgeous. We loved having a dock. We also always enjoy working with Pawleys Island Realty.
