Situated on the natural high ground, Playin Hooky offers breathtaking creek views from its western facing decks and ample parking for up to 10 vehicles, including two overflow spots across Myrtle Avenue.

Upon entering the elevated main floor, you will be greeted by an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to accommodate your entire crew with ease. The cook in your family will love the kitchens double ovens, wet bar and convenient electric cooktop in the center island, which is directly across from bar seating for four. The formal dining table comfortably seats ten, making it perfect for family feasts.

The living area is cozy and inviting, featuring three couches and a large TV mounted above a gas fireplace, note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. This space opens up to two oceanfront porches, one screened and one unscreened, so you can enjoy the sea breeze without the bother of mosquitoes.

The Main Floor has a Queen bed with ensuite bath with shower/tub combo and private entrance from the creek side porch.

Second Floor has a Queen bed with ensuite bath, double vanities and shower only, and private unscreened porch with creek views, Queen bed with a built-in ocean facing window bed, Two Twin beds and a built-in creek facing window bed which is great for kids. The Master Suite has a King bed with ocean hues, private oceanfront porch, and ensuite bath with double vanities, glass shower and spa tub.

There are 4 Full, 1 Half bathroom.

There are two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water, along with an Outdoor water closet. The fish cleaning sink under the house is perfect to wash off your fresh catch.

Utilize the private walkway to the beach with an open sun deck and bench seating or enjoy a beautiful Pawleys Island sunrise on the creek dock.

An elevator is available for guest use with an additional fee. No Pets
