The lower porch is covered perfect for shaded relaxation, while the upper porch is open to the sky, providing commanding views of the beach and ocean.

Inside The Nut House you will find a spacious, light and airy atmosphere ideal for a beachfront getaway. Multiple living and dining areas make it perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The main floor features a large dining area and a spacious seating area that opens to the upper beachfront porch, plus a second dining and seating area in the kitchen, allowing the chef to enjoy time with guests while preparing meals.

The top floor loft area offers additional sleeping space with two twin beds, a desk and beachfront seating. With 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a loft, The Nut House can comfortably accommodate your whole family and friends, making it the perfect vacation house on Pawleys Island.

There has 6 bedrooms total plus loft. The lower floor 5 bedrooms with a beachfront King bedroom with ensuite bath, a beachfront Queen bedroom sharing a Jack and Jill bath with a Twin bedroom, a Queen bedroom plus a Twin bed with ensuite bath, a bedroom with a Twin bed plus a set of Bunk beds. The main floor has a beachfront King bedroom with ensuite bath. The Loft has 2 Twin beds and Sofa with pullout Queen bed.

There are 2 Total outdoor showers.

There is a Pet Washing Area Located underneath the lower beachfront porch.

Grilling: Two grills, gas and charcoal, are available underneath the streetside porch. Please bring them onto the driveway when grilling.

Dog Friendly with a nonrefundable fee, Cats are not allowed. Occupancy is 16.
