Take advantage of the private walkway to the beach or spend time kayaking on the creek or crabbing and fishing from the covered creek dock. The kitchen is large enough for any home cook to enjoy and the family room provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. The first floor is handicapped accessible with tile floors, grab bars in the bathroom and an elevator from the ground level. Elevator can be utilized with additional fee of $500, total weight not to exceed 350 lbs.
There are 5 bedrooms. Upstairs has a Queen, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins. the main floor has 2 Twins. There are 4 Full, 1 Half baths. 2 Dogs Under 75 lbs. Allowed with non-refundable Dog Fee.
