No pets allowed from April through October. November through March Monthly reservations ONLY, owner will allow a dog with a non-refundable dog fee. No Smoking or vaping allowed in or on the property.

Close to the Beach!
Been coming to PI for 20 years. This was the 5th different house we have stayed in. It did not disappoint. The house being further down the private driveway kept the road noise to a minimum. The layout was cozy but spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom with the King bed on the main floor, the bed was a tad too soft for our liking. The house was clean and we like that the light swtches were labelled so we knew what switch was for what light. We enjoy the outdoor showers to rinse off after coming back from the beach but this one was not closed in at at the front of the house. Would of liked a little more privacy. The walk to the beach is nice and short. Out the front door and 30 second walk to arrive at the beach. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and are already planning out trip for next year.
