A Charleston native and graduate of the College of Charleston in 1981, Scott transitioned into the Real Estate field after a successful Teaching and Coaching career that spanned almost 30 years in Charleston County, where his Wando High School soccer teams won 3 State Championships. Scott was recently inducted into the SC High School Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame.

With 19 total years of real estate experience in the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant area markets, and the last 8 years here in Pawleys Island, Scott has the experience and knowledge to help you find just the right home or sell yours. We are the "Island Experts" and Scott has been a top producer for the last 8 years and serves as the Sales Manager for Pawleys Island Realty.

Teaching and coaching all those years taught him so many vital skills needed in successful real estate transactions. Teamwork, goal setting, communication, honesty, and integrity create lifetime relationships with my real estate clients. He does his best to provide his clients with excellent service so they achieve their goals, enjoy a great home buying or selling experience and come back to him with friends and family to do the same.  To achieve this, he has built a team of professional service providers including attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, lenders, builders, and more, whom he relies on, to assist with his clients. After vacationing in the Grand Strand for over 20 years, Scott and his wife, Paige, call Pawleys Island and Litchfield Country Club home, where they enjoy all that the Island life has to offer. You will find Scott playing a round of golf, on the tennis court, throwing a cast net, fishing, or visiting new restaurants in his free time. He especially enjoys family and church activities, overseas mission trips, college football, and of course, soccer!
