Patti Calvert, a Long Island native, owned a successful Gift Shop business in the Windy City of Chicago for many years where she honed her business and marketing skills, before starting her Real Estate career along the Front Range of Colorado. 

Patti recently completed her South Carolina licensing education and is now part of the Pawleys Island Realty team where she is excited to help her new clients make their home dreams become a reality. She is engaged in her local Hagley Estates community and events, and her children attend our Waccamaw Elementary and Middle schools.

Real Estate has always been a deep passion of hers, and she enjoys many exciting ventures, from buying and remodeling homes, to vacation rentals, and studying investment and second home purchases. When she is not in office she enjoys walking her poodle Murphy, spending relaxing time at the beach with her kiddos, or sneaking off to Franks on Front Street with her husband to enjoy the local seafood fare.  Patti is a people first person and will guide you through the home buying & selling process.
